I’m reblogging this simply because this shouldn’t happen. And the only reason it’s happening in the first place is due to something that was never supposed to happen. Church and state were never supposed to mix. The reason america was founded was so that it the people would be free from the religious views of others, and you know why gay marriage is still illegal Because some overzealous religious fanatics keep going off about how it’s against god’s will.

Well, I’d like this question answered then. If god cared wouldn’t there not be any gays? I mean if he she or it is all powerful. Then wouldn’t they be unable to even be gay? It’s obvious that god doesn’t care so get off your high horse and start working on issues that don’t involve stupid ways to exert your personal views onto others!

Dear Diary,

Today was long, but satisfying. I went to work, did some looking into a new apartment, picked up my license plate (which was returned all the way back to the dealer because they had the address wrong on the envelope), and then came home to take an absolutely amazing bath. Diary, I’d also like to submit to the court the pure bliss of sitting naked in a soup of nearly boiling water while smoking a Swisher.

I’m pretty excited about moving, but I’m a little apprehensive because my rent is very likely going to be more than what I’m paying now. I’m trying to get closer to work. You just have to go where the money is.

I’d also like to submit to the court a note concerning my visions of my new live show. Ideas are flowing but I’m not really at a place where I’d feel comfortable getting anything on paper yet. I guess I’ll just keep on going with the flow.

And got damn it, Diary, my nose! I guess it’s from the smoking but I’m completely plugged in and it makes me want to off myself! Don’t call the Trevor Project, Diary. I’m okay. Don’t worry.

So yeah, today was definitely a busy in a grown-up way kind of day. I guess that’s okay. Though I do hate the fact that I couldn’t keep playing through Kingdom Hearts II for the second time. Bleh. Thanks, Diary.

Dear Diary,

I’m going to try and write in you everyday. Bitch, don’t get excited. I said try. I might lose interest at some point, but look, if I don’t do something and talk to someone, then I might forget that I exist. Some of my reports to you might have to be private too. That’s why you’re a Diary, after all.

Last night was absolutely terrible. I spent more time trying to park then I did enjoying my New Year’s Eve celebration. I didn’t drink until I got to the casino, where I spent way too much money, and at the end of the day I ended up by myself. I’m a little sad about that, and a little broken up at the fact that so many things have changed so quickly. I’ve lost a lot of friends, gained some enemies, found out some things just don’t work and I’ve come to the sound conclusion that with most of those situations, I should have went with my first instinct. So, if there’s any resolution I’m making for this year, then it’s to trust and believe in my feelings the first go-round. I could have excused myself from years of bad friendships, bad lovers, bad sex, bad music, and just a lot of bullshit if I had figured out that I value myself too highly to put up with the same things over and over again.

So anyway, Diary, with that said I have a lot of lofty ambitions this year. I want to attempt to finish my fantasy epic (which is now tentatively titled “Yggdrasil Babylon”), release some stuff, perform some stuff, and basically make better use of all this time I’m spending alone. 2012 was a long training exercise in being a hermit. So, this will probably be the start of my time up in the mountains, I guess.
